About KHS Athletics Boosters

Kingston High School Athletic Boosters Mission

Our mission is to support Athletics and Student Life at Kingston High School through active involvement of Parents, the schools athletic program, Businesses and the Community at large.
We are parents of students and community supporters of Athletics at Kingston High School. We believe that by working together we can make good things happen for our athletes, our School and our Community.

We meet monthly at Kingston High School at 6:00 PM on the second Wednesday of the month. Our meetings are informal. All are welcome. This is a great way to develop, build and act on ideas that have immediate benefit to the high school athletic experience.

The Kingston High School Athletic Booster was created the year Kingston High School opened its’ doors in 2007. All KHS families, NKSD employees and community members are welcome as members. This parent-supported organization promotes athletic programs that not only excel on the field of play, but also mold student athletes who lead by example academically and contribute positively to the community.

We support all 19 sports programs at Kingston High School. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization comprised of all volunteers. Our focus is the student athlete, the school and the community. Kingston High School was built 10 years ago and has become the cornerstone of the Kingston community and we believe it is our duty to help bring the community and the school together through the school’s sporting events.

Since 2007, the Athletic Boosters have successfully raised over $400,000.

These funds have been used to purchase and install school scoreboards, team uniforms, tennis ball machine, volleyball spiking machine, Buc Field bleachers, fund athletic camp scholarships and tournaments as well as transportation costs, award scholarships to graduating male and female athletes, plus numerous other athletic needs. As the non-profit organization that encompasses all sports at KHS, we recognize the challenges that all teams are facing as school funding is never assured. Our goal is to continue the ongoing investment into our student athletes as we work with the individual teams to fund needs that enhance their sports programs.
