Any person, eighteen years or older of good character and reputation, and who has stated the desire to serve and promote the programs at Kingston High School, is eligible for membership. Membership shall continue until forfeited or resigned.

Any person possessing the qualifications above may be elected to active membership. Active members shall pay membership fees and dues as prescribed by the Board of Directors. Active members, for notice and voting purposes, shall be those whose current dues have been paid. For the purpose of determining current dues of active members, the membership year shall run from the first day of school to the day preceding the start of the next school year. All active members shall be non-students of Kingston High School.
